Chocolate Cake + recipe (by rore)
Recipe:
100g + 8 ‘squares’ Dark chocolate ; 3 eggs ; 80g sugar ; 50g butter (salted or unsalted) ; 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Preheat oven at 260°c (500°F)Heat the 100g chocolate and the butter to make them melt.On a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar and flour. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir well. Pour into 4 greased and floured ramekins (maybe only 3 ramekins depending on their size).Put 2 chocolate squares in the center of each ramekin (or even 3 squares if you can - it’s better if the squares do not stick out of the batter)Bake 10 minutes. These little cakes can be turned out, but it’s easier to eat them in the ramekin ;) Serve them warm, if they’re cold, the chocolate in the center will be hard. But you can warm them again in the oven at very low heat, 15-20mn at 50°c (122°F).
